Payment Options

In short

• Pay online by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, or wallet. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
• Pay cash on delivery on most pincodes, for orders up to Rs 8,000.
• Ordering on WhatsApp? We send you a secure payment link, or confirm cash on delivery.
• Prices include GST. There are no hidden charges.
• We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Pay online

When you check out on the website, you pay through Razorpay, a payment company regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. You can pay by:

• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any other UPI app.
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard and RuPay, debit or credit.
• Net banking from your bank.
• Wallets supported by Razorpay.

Razorpay opens on top of our page. You pay there, and come back to our site with your order confirmed.

Cash on delivery

You can pay cash when the courier delivers, on most pincodes, for orders up to Rs 8,000. Please keep the exact amount ready; couriers rarely carry change.

We confirm every cash-on-delivery order with you by phone or WhatsApp before we send it. A parcel we cannot confirm is not dispatched. At checkout we tell you straight away if cash on delivery is not available for your pincode.

Ordering on WhatsApp or by phone

Many of our customers prefer to order by messaging us. Our team takes your details in the chat and creates the order for you. You can then either:

• pay online through a secure Razorpay payment link we send you in the chat, or
• choose cash on delivery, which we confirm with you before dispatch.

Check that the amount on the link matches your order, and pay only through a link sent from 8208283040. We never ask you to pay to a personal UPI ID or a personal phone number.

Bank transfer

If you would rather pay by bank transfer, ask us on WhatsApp and our team shares the details in the chat. We do not print bank details on this website, for your safety and ours.

Prices include GST

Every price on this site includes GST. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus the freight charge on Thali machines, which is shown before you pay. There are no other charges.

Your invoice

A printed invoice is inside every parcel. If you are buying for a business and need a GST invoice with your GSTIN, business name and address on it, tell us when you order, or within 15 days of placing your order. We send the GST invoice by WhatsApp or email.

Your card details are safe

Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and bank login are entered on Razorpay's secure page, never on ours. They do not reach our website or our staff, and we do not store them anywhere. Razorpay is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and certified to the PCI DSS security standard.

If a payment fails

Sometimes a payment fails after the money has left your account. Do not pay again straight away. The money comes back to your account by itself, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If you are unsure whether your order went through, message us with your phone number and we check.

Offers and discounts

Current offers, and any discount for paying online, are on offers and discounts. Coupon codes are entered at checkout, or given to our team if you order on WhatsApp.
