We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- Due to added costs imposed by courier partners like BlueDart, we cannot offer open-box delivery (OBD) service.
- You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by clicking on the Track your Order section or contacting us through WhatsApp at 8208283040.
- Please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- For the GST invoice, please contact our support during or after the order within 15-days. We will need a few details, including company name, GST number, address, etc.
- We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
- We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 3-8 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc., and the delivery time is not predictable.
Shipping Partners:
- We use BlueDart, Shree Anjani, Delhivery, Shiprocket, Tirupati Courier, and DTDC to ship our products to your destination, as available during the shipping process by our backend team.
- We can also ship through EMS Speed Post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason that the contents of each shipment are being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
