Shipping Policies:

  1. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  2. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  3. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 8208283040 or contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  4. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by clicking on the Track your Order section.
  5. Please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners:

  1. We use Delhivery, Shiprocket, Tirupati Courier and DTDC to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
  2. We can also ship through EMS Speed Post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason that the contents of each shipment are being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time:

  1. We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  2. We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
  3. Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 3-8 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc., and the delivery time is not predictable.
  4. Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery, instead of last-minute orders.

Guarantee/Warranty:

All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 15 Days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at no cost, with shipping prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

If the product needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of the damaged product to us. We will estimate the damages and then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.

100% Refund/Replacement:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc., we are providing 2 days’ time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to the my account section and then to your order, where you will find the option for Request Refund. Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer with the shipping cost prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason.

Vandana Tools reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need to change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us using our e-mail [email protected] to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.

In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. (It is because most of the payment gateway providers collect their commission even though the order is cancelled and refunded.)

Return Guidelines:

Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
